Improve background extension behavior about selenium-ide

How about create a new tab to test new play everytime?
Or if you remove "url : <all urls>" when calling queryActiveTab method then you'll get a new tab automatically then it will start with opened tab of 'playback base url'

Did you had a problem by following this process as above?

Theres a design choice to be made, if we'll open a new tab instead of using the current one, we force 2 things.

• The user has to know which tab works with the extension
• The user can't use his last used tab for testing

On the other hand, it eliminates problems where the user tries to use the extension and it fails, due to use in invalid tabs
