Added support for simple references (e.g. reference foreign keys) between columns to the ColumnBuilder class.

Introduced builders for specifing the relationship, but only relation names are currently used. More implementation has to be done (e.g. constraints)

Constraints actually are not necessary. The database itself will throw errors if the data does not comply.
