.bashrc adjustment for pumgen command about pumgen

Typically you do not need to adjust anything. Is pumgen having trouble finding some dynamic libraries?

That's the output when i'm launching the command pumgen to convert a .msh mesh

Looks like it runs well until it crashes. So most probably the mesh is invalid? I would double-check the geo file.
