To be consistent with the inject command, let's call it --in-file.

This would be nice to have for the inject command as well. To use a template from file in the inject command in a docker image, you currently have to use shell form of the docker command to do a piped cat in the inject command to get the template in. With the addition of a --template-file flag, this could be done with a single call to the secrethub binary.
