Using console.log causes maven build to fail about jasmine-maven-plugin

I've encountered the same problem. The quickfix is of course to add

console = {
   log : function() {},
   error : function() {},
   warn : function() {}
};

in your "describe" statements to provide a global method to access.
I'm myself trying to add this as one of many overrides in the "src" folder, but I'm having trouble including them in the Maven build. This will have to do for now.

if ( typeof ( console ) !== 'undefined' && console != null) {
  console.log("Log exists!");
} else {
  console = {
    log: function () {},
    warn: function () {},
    error: function () {}
  }
}
