Allow Browser target to be configurable about jasmine-maven-plugin

I definitely agree. I created the issue at the time because I didn't have the time to figure out how to make the rest of the plugin's trappings multi-execution friendly (how many JUnit XML reports get generated? How to best communicate which browser(s) failed?).

It'll take a good chunk of (much overdue) responsibility extraction from the class responsible for executing specs, as well.
