Release Branch Pre-Merge Testing about cortx-re

We will need to do following,

• Create multibranch job which should run for specified branch only release/ga
• This job should create component packages from codebase in source branch. (branch to be merged)
• Create release build with package created in 2 and all other packages from release or ga branch.
• Perform cortx stack deployment on VM using Release build url from 4
• Add branch protection rule for release/ga with mandate that above multi-branch should be successful.
• Include administrators also in mandate so that they will not be able to bypass this job.
• Add email notification on success/failure of Job status.
