CORTX-28330: Share OVA build process with community about cortx-re

Hi @hessio - This is possible now as https://github.com/Seagate/cortx-re is opensource now. We need to document steps to generate OVA though,

@shailesh-vaidya, I am done with automation. can we have a discussion and test end to end process?

Currently OVA creation is partially automated.

• Release build required for OVA is automated through Jenkins job.
• Create VM, Deploy build and export .ova file. @gauravchaudhari02 is working on automating this.

Once it's ready we can test end-to-end flow and publish.

@gauravchaudhari02 - Can you please convert OVA generation process in Jenkins job. We can then merge both Build creation and OVA generation job together.
We can add GitHub release creation as per Seagate/cortx#441 (comment)

@gauravchaudhari02 - As discussed please re-verify CORTX installation on VM. May be we need to update release build structure of this. I will fix that. Meanwhile for testing use http://cortx-storage.colo.seagate.com/releases/cortx_builds/centos-7.8.2003/463/ . This is build is sanity tested and provided to QA.

@shailesh-vaidya @gauravchaudhari02 is it possible to provide instructions to build the OVA to the open source community? I think this would be a nice thing to provide to the community

For the convenience of the Seagate development team, this issue has been mirrored in a private Seagate Jira Server: https://jts.seagate.com/browse/EOS-28330. Note that community members will not be able to access that Jira server but that is not a problem since all activity in that Jira mirror will be copied into this GitHub issue.
