This will put the executable in the subdirectory "bin"

Found SIGSEV Error in the excess-ice branch

Some variables in the code line:

1004 D = egy->Dlayer->co[l] + (egy->w_exc_ice->co[m]-egy->deltaw_exice-

seems not to be correctly allocated.

This needs to be adjusted!!
