We would need some more information in order to analyze this problem:

• Packages and versions that you are using in your virtualenv ? If you are using pip you can run the following command in order to retrieve this information: pip freeze .
• Are you using GPU or CPU?
• Does this occur running the README example and data shown ?
• If does not happen on the README, could you provide a sample of the data that you are using for us to investigate the problem?
