I'll take a stab at addressing this, along with #366 added in the same way.

Just wanted to ask if this is still open? I see that Sonarr has this, but Radarr does not.

I can't wait to see this implemented, all I want is to force automatic requests to download in x265 and that's not possible without tags.

As far as UX goes, I would like to see the ability to have services (sonarr/radarr) setup to default to using certain tags for standard media types, and certain tags for anime. I would also love the ability apply tags at a user level, either in place of or in addition to defaults for the service.

My specific use case at the moment is: I would like Anime to use a specific tag in sonarr (i do this manually at the moment). I would also love if anything requested could be added to sonarr/radarr with a specific tag (ex: requested is what I would use) so that I can tell what was added to sonarr/radarr by request. A case for why per-user settings would be useful is maybe I as the admin prefer to add things to sonarr/radarr by using overseerr to make requests that get auto approved, but I would not need a tag in sonarr/radarr to tell me about my own requests. Or maybe certain groups of users might get a different tag than others.
