running a computation on an existing contract about enigma-core

@moriaab after a bit of investigation, I noticed that the delta received by the deployment is delta no. 1 and not delta no. 0 and when storing it and the contract in a new address and then trying to run execute on the "new contract" leads to the error mentioned above.
the steps I ran:

1. ipc_listener::deploy_contract (erc 20 contract)
2. ipc_listener::update_new_contract on the bytecode received in deploy to the new address.
3. ipc_listener::update_deltas on the delta received by the deployment to the new address.
4. ipc_listener::get_ptt_req
5. ipc_listener::ptt_response
6. ipc_listener::compute_task on the new address.
