I think that's some stuff for making the maven distro.

Please try removing the element (and childs) on pom.xml

I run mvn install on my pc,the install process stop at GPG Passphrase:*

How can i install the package to my local? "mvn install" is the normal way as i know.

Theres a gpg plugin activated.

Either remove it or find the command line override flag.
