networkset.plot_uncertainty_bounds_s_db only plots s11 about scikit-rf

25ae2cb fixes this.

note this behavior should be consistent for all similar functions (plot_minmax_bounds,...), but because the code is not structured well ( not very OO) it requires a lot of annoying changes.

eventually the plotting infrastructure needs to be re-done..

these lines are all you need to loop through s-parameter index, alternatively you could use the Network.port_tuples property
