Docker looks fine and nothing has changed in that regard.
Without looking at your browser config log, it seems that your connection does not allow/support websocket connections. Dobson have a reverse proxy (eg nginx) in front of the docker? And do you have websockets activated in you cloudflare tunnel config?
Please use concise titles for your issues / discussions to make maintaining this easier! :)
