To reproduce:

1. Load CFM viewer in Firefox.
2. Once it's done loading, click the refresh button
   Result: The modal dialog "Please wait for the model to load" is never dismissed.

This was reproduced on Firefox 111.0.1.

I am able to download the fault metadata, but the native+metadata, 500m+metadata, and 1000m+metadata options do not appear to work.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select one or more faults
2. Click on the 500m+metadata download radio button
3. Nothing happens
   Expected Result: Download of data.

The following error appears in the console log:

Uncaught ReferenceError: cnt is not defined
    at downloadURLsAsZip (cfm_util.js:121)
    at startDownload (cfm_util.js:212)
    at changeDownloadSet (cfm_util.js:196)
    at HTMLFormElement.onchange (cfm_view.html:1)

A JavaScript error prevents the CFM Viewer from working on IE11. See below:

is maybe where only the first feature is linked although there may be multiple

A) keep two tables: one for traces, one for objects ? objects linked to traces by gid ?

B) or merge features of same name in preprocessing with ST_UNION or ST_COLLECT

See web/js/cfm_view3d.js:626. Is this supposed run every 100ms? It also continues after 3d view is closed.
