typo in "unbox-template default" scripts about algo-builder

Hi @djudjuu , thanks for creating the issue. Yes, our algo-builder-templates repo seems outdated with the latest changes in algo-builder.

I'll help you create a PR. Based on your comments, the PR should encorporate the following changes (for all templates/default one):

1. optInAcountToASA -> optInAccountToASA. Here is the algo-builder PR.
2. types are now exported via @algo-builder/web (you don't need to do algob.runtime.types..). For reference, checkout this script from our examples.
3. other small changes..

also, in the htlc-template, the scripts/deploy.js in the unboxed folder is not correctly importing the types.

btw, if you point me to the place where you need to make those corrections, I could also create PRs where I fix those things. (I've found two other small things, like missing brackets around an import....making a pr would be just as quick as describng them...
