Ah, I had hoped that using "scala" as a keyworkd in the extension manifest would have some effect.

I'm not opposed to renaming the extension to Scala (Metals) or something similar.

What do you think @olafurpg?

What about "Metals Scala Language Server"? It's not a bad idea, the Marketplace search seems to favor extensions with "Scala" in the title (understandably).
