Travis should be able to do it too. There's prior art of people publishing snapshots from builds on master.

The problem is that we are downloading gigs of stuff for latex while building pdf that fails iirc.

http://docs.travis-ci.com/user/caching/ could address that, perhaps? (if the problem is time spent downloading, rather than disk usage)

@SethTisue caching doesn't work because the latex download requires sudo apt-get stuff.

and the things you want to apt-get aren't on the apt whitelist...? if not, I've found the Travis people pretty responsive about adding stuff
