I doubt that's the cause. Will have to look at the default mappings filter

As the consequence of this bug we do not rely on the contents of 'target/site'.

What is the file extension on your image files? I think I know the problem, but want to confirm that I'm actually going to fix your issue.

The extension is JPG (it is not mentioned in the includeFilter)

After I had fixed it to only add jpg, I realized that it should probably just allow any file that the sphinx build adds.
