Link to API docs in markup about sbt-site

Using extlinks doesn't need any support in sbt-site plugin, just to be added to the akka build. So something like (with appropriate version inserted):

extlinks = {
  'api': ('http://doc.akka.io/api/akka/snapshot/#%s', 'API for ')
}

With API link in source:

:api:`akka.actor.Actor`

Resulting in a link like:

API for akka.actor.Actor

I think this would be the place to start.

Later it could be worth looking at a Scala domain for Sphinx (http://sphinx.pocoo.org/domains.html).

Closing this issue as there's nothing to do in the sbt-site plugin.
