Hello @thiagolucio,
are you sure that port 3000 is currently not being used by any other applications? Try changing the port to 3001 and try again. If this doesn’t solve the issue, we’ll have to investigate this error further.

Thanks to your atention.
I solved this problem by editing the windows registry. Actually the problem was because Chrome was not configurating in registry. Paths created and solve returning to work. The Path is...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ App Paths \ chrome.exe
