User type option about heekscnc

At the beginning all 3 types should be editable, but as soon as something is 
done (
1. operation added, 2. python script edited, 3. NC code edited ) , then the mode
should be set.

The simpler option is to leave everything editable, but to put up warnings:
If you have edited the NC code, in the output window, and then try to re-create 
it,
it should say "you have manually edited the NC code, are you sure you want to
overwrite your changes?"
If you have edited the Python script, in the program window, and then try to
re-create it, it should say "you have manually edited the Python script, are 
you sure
you want to overwrite your changes?"
