but error shows
Error in as.Seurat.SingleCellExperiment(x = as(object = x, Class = "SingleCellExperiment"), :
One or more of the assays you are trying to convert is not in the SingleCellExperiment object

@hyjforesight I am also facing the same issue with as.Seurat(); for data normalisation and scaling, did you also use SCTransform() or did you use NormalizeData() and ScaleData()?
