Yay, succeeded getting in.

For Subscription Allocations: robottelo-automation I wanted to change
Type: from Satellite 6.5 to Satellite 6.7

After submit getting

Ok. Updating manifest type to Satellite 6.7 fixed the issue

I saw it and looks reverted back to 6.5

I wasn't even able to create robottelo-automation-v2 manifest

I have set the 6.7 again yesterday and waiting if it moved back :)
