Implement New Scraper Output Format about major-scraper

• update Major2 types to include metadata
• implement directory output (year >> school >> major)

Added #8 for review. A small PR just to get things going before making some big changes

Todos from PR

• Have degrees repo outside of major-scraper (since git might not play well with nested repos)
• Throw error if the user haven't clone the degree repo
• Have a util function for making file paths decision (for single point of control)
• Change from join() to path.join() for readability
• Change variable name from degree to degreeType
• Helper for creating missing folder
• Talk about the metadata for Major2 object
