Provide instructions for running about devos

I'm currently switching Vagrant to lucid32 (ubuntu 10.04) because precise uses grub2 and we need `grub`` to build the boot image.

Look forward to progress soon on this (maybe somewhere as soon as 30mn).

Everything is now working, the OS compiles and boots. Follow the instruction in the README.md

Changing Vagrant.configure... to Vagrant::Config.run do |config| fixed it
