Add instructions about chromecast-desktop-audio-streamer

Ok, let's create some instructions. The packages don't install correctly after cloning (I never tried). I'll see if I can improve it.

For now I got it to work with:

• Install: Microsoft Visual Studio Installer Projects (Visual Studio 2017, 2019)

• Install: Multilingual App Toolkit v4.0 (VS 2017)

• go to GitHub - https://github.com/SamDel/ChromeCast-Desktop-Audio-Streamer - Clone in Visual Studio

• Open solution file

• Go to: Visual Studio - Tools - NuGet Package Manager - Package Manager Console

• Reinstall packages manually, one by one:

Update-Package -reinstall Unity
Update-Package -reinstall Zeroconf
Update-Package -reinstall Google.ProtocolBuffers
Update-Package -reinstall System.Reactive.Core
Update-Package -reinstall System.Reactive.Linq
Update-Package -reinstall System.Reactive.PlatformServices
Update-Package -reinstall System.Reactive.Windows.Threading

No, but that PMC was useful rather than having to search NuGet for each package 🙄. I get this error https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5567945/type-or-namespace-name-does-not-exist Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error CS0234 The type or namespace name 'Practices' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft' (are you missing an assembly reference?) I completely overlooked my comment. I meant to say could you also add instructions to the ReadME? UPDATE: EnterpriseLibrary.Common was needed. Now I'm getting The type or namespace name 'Unity' does not exist in the namespace 'Microsoft.Practices' (are you missing an assembly reference?)

That's the Microsoft.Practices.Unity package missing. Did you try:
Update-Package -reinstall Unity
in the Package Manager Console?

Maybe you should get a new clone!

Installing Cquential.Microsoft.Practices.Unity got rid of the error.

I got it working! I had to add using System.Windows.Forms; to Program.cs

I also noticed the missing 'using', and added a fix in the code.
I will add the instructions to the Readme and I will have a look if if can be improved.

Oh yeah after a reclone, I didn't even have to do my other installations
