pass file descriptor numbers for stderr, stdout about erlexec

I still think such features would be usefull. for now i pass them using the env.

Setting stdin/stdout/stderr to fds other than 0,1,2 is quite easy to implement - no need to opening ports in order, just use the dup2() call. What's more difficult and non-portable is passing fds between Erlang and exec-port program so that it could pass it further to the spawned children. Is it really useful to be able to use fd numbers other than default for standard streams without the ability to pass previously open file descriptors?
