Unfortunately this won't work out of the box in Firestorm because the upstream code for LEAP integration is commented out https://vcs.firestormviewer.org/phoenix-firestorm/files/cf85e854/indra/newview/llappviewer.cpp#L1329-1395. I guess that sort of makes sense since LEAP was only really used by the LL updater and internally by LL until relatively recently, but still annoying.

Got something basic working with the LEAP initialization code in FS uncommented. 0c1656e. Still need to work on weaving it through the addon system and properly integrating it into the rest of the proxy.

The LEAP implementation is removed for the moment, the core stuff is being developed separately in https://github.com/SaladDais/outleap.
