@MichaMans in branch issue44_CityGMLNew you can review the changes. I will not ask for a pull request due to following reasons:

there is a bug in export of citygml (see #226 )
I integrated Annex 60 calculation in this branch, as this will be the calculation method in the next release, so first annex 60 branch ( #130) should be merged

However the import itself is done and works
