instance_eval in builders about afmotion

Actually, SessionClient supports the following semantics which don't do an instance_eval:

AFMotion::SessionClient.build(Url) do |client|
  client.header "X-My-Stuff", @x_my_header

  client.response_serializer :json
end

Strangely, this syntax wasn't supported for vanilla AFMotion::Client.build, so I've fixed that.
