It would make sense to have additional logic which would:
- Download https://swscan.apple.com/content/catalogs/others/index-10.13-1.sucatalog
- Look for the string HighSierra.RecoveryHDUpdate.pkg
- Populate the recovery_package and recovery_download variables accordingly
from create_macos_recovery.
