By any chance are you using PostgreSQL? I think I'm closing in on the source of the problem, and that seems to be a factor (as I can't reproduce it when using SQLite).

Actually, disregard that, I see you're using MySQL. Under PostgreSQL I'm getting this: "multiple primary keys for table "lookout_report" are not allowed". So it's something Django is doing with the UUID field that SQLite is apparently okay with.

I fixed it and will be releasing v0.1.2 in a few minutes.

Disregard the Travis error, that's due to the branch pre-dating tests.
