Gotcha. Thanks for the enlightenment, @rrthomas. I see that there is no perfect solution here, but yes, getting psutils
in PyPI would at least help. Good luck.

There are a couple of problems here. PSUtils is the original name. I have been unable yet to secure that name on pypi.org: pypi/support#2838
The other issue, as mentioned in #44, is that "PSUtils" is no longer an accurate description. However, PSUtils has been widely packaged for many years in both GNU/Linux distros and in TeXLive. I encourage packagers to use this new version, which, though a complete rewrite, is entirely backwards compatible. So for the moment, continuity is more important, I think.
I have pinged the PyPI issue to see if I can get the name "psutils" given to me there, which would at least remove one source of confusion.
