Null pointer exception and render problem about fading-text-view

Could you please provide the code you used in your app to produce this crash?
I couldn't reproduce it

The problem was updating the view dynamically.

My xml look like this:
<com.tomer.fadingtextview.FadingTextView
android:id="@+id/fadingTextView"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"/>

But my app crash, so i have to change my code like this:
<com.tomer.fadingtextview.FadingTextView
android:id="@+id/fadingTextView"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="wrap_content"
app:texts="@array/examples" />

And the problem gone.
