Bug: tailwind plugins import issue about sage

@kukac7 this is because you have imported Tailwind plugins using require() which will not work for an ESM config file.

      require('@tailwindcss/forms'),
      require('@tailwindcss/typography'),

You will need to do something like this:

import tailwindFormsPlugin from '@tailwindcss/forms';
import tailwindTypographyPlugin from '@tailwindcss/typography';

/** @type {import('tailwindcss').Config} config */
const config = {
  content: ['./index.php', './app/**/*.php', './resources/**/*.{php,vue,js}'],
  theme: {
    extend: {
      colors: {}, // Extend Tailwind's default colors
    },
  },
  plugins: [
    tailwindFormsPlugin,
    tailwindTypographyPlugin,
  ],
};

export default config;
