New CBLoader.exe does nothing about cbloader

I *do* have a "Custom" folder, with various *.part files in it.

I also have a %APP_DATA%\CBLoader folder, which is currently empty.

The previous version of CBLoader I was using (1.1.4?) worked just fine with a 
Character Builder install copied from a virtual machine on another OS (on the 
same PC). This version does not work even with a fresh install.

Did you copy the default.cbconfig file?

No, I did not. I have done so now, and it appears to be working. It did not 
specify in the README file or in the changelog that the config file was not 
optional.

I'd suggest that CBLoader either output an error message telling me that it 
can't find the config file, or assume sensible defaults if it can't find the 
config file. A missing configuration file should *never* result in the program 
doing nothing.
