md-completed adds content: '7'; to the step label about md-steppers

Heyy I know it's been a long time since this has been opened, but the empty quotes for content is causing an issue where the text of the step label is misaligned, on FF and Chrome. If I change it to '\00A0' as @coopernewby suggests, the issue is fixed. Would you be receptive to a pull request with this change? Also, the demo page is out of date and reflects the old '\7' value for content (I have changed the value in the inspector in this screenshot to illustrate the alignment issue).
