find_package should allow to specify version about yarp

We probably never noticed it, because in iCub we never used it because we wanted a better error

I think this is an old problem, be cause current error reports:

  Could not find a configuration file for package "YARP" that is compatible
  with requested version "2.3.20".
  The following configuration files were considered but not accepted:
    /opt/iit/lib/YARP-2.3.20/YARPConfig.cmake, version: 2.3.20.2

and I think this is a lot better than iCub error, because it shows the YARPConfig.cmake file used and its version.

Anyway, we should fix it so that external modules can use it.

yes in the old times the error was much more ambigous and uninformative.

I think after #29 we can clean up conf/template/YARPConfigVersion.cmake.in to use if (... VERSION_LESS ...) and simplify the logic.

We can also use the macros included in CMakePackageConfigHelpers.cmake from CMake 2.8.8 or newer, I think it should be compatible with CMake 2.8.7, we just have to import it in yarp
