Security Issues that started after Bootstrap code was added to repo about cafebeep

Fixed and Pushed the Commit.
Steps followed to fix this issue:

1. Deleted node_modules directory
2. Deleted Distributions directory
   Downstream Impacts:
   This fix will not cause any impact on current functionality of the app.

Look like MyQR code may also be causing problem. We dont really need that code yet, but I would prefer not to delete it from repo... My Bootstrap assumation may have been incorrect and timing just lined up to make it look like that.

Steps followed to fix this issue:
Upgraded Pillow to 3.3.2, just mentioned in the requirements.txt and its gone after the fix.
