I've pushed the changes that get Tile, Roboticon, and Roboticon Customisation to work together nicely. We don't need a base customisation any more as i've made it use lists. the production multiplier defaults to 0 so we won't get any errors from nulls.
Now I just need to update all the tests that the changes have broken and write some more
from jbt.

I think it makes sense to do the tests after merging as there are some changes to tile in master
from jbt.
