I see the PASV command in the log. Show your source code. It seems you are not configuring the client right - because it should initiate an active connection, not a passive one.

@FanDjango Thanks for your response, please find below code for your ready reference:

var client = new AsyncFtpClient("localhost", "test", "test", 21, new FtpConfig() { ConnectTimeout = 2000, ReadTimeout = 2000 });

 client.Config.DataConnectionType = FtpDataConnectionType.AutoActive;
 var ftpConnect = client.AutoConnect(cancellationToken);
 await Task.WhenAny(ftpConnect, Task.Delay(2000, cancellationToken));

 if (!ftpConnect.IsCompleted)
 {
     _logger.LogInformation($"Timeout Occured for FTP Server:{item?.Server} Port:{item?.Port}");
     return;
 }

 var response = await client.UploadFile("test.txt", "/", FtpRemoteExists.Overwrite, true, FtpVerify.Retry, token: cancellationToken);
 if (response.IsSuccess())
 {
     _logger.LogDebug($"FTP Request Successful");
 }

client.Config.DataConnectionType = FtpDataConnectionType.AutoActive;
 var ftpConnect = client.AutoConnect(cancellationToken);

In this case you should use Connect(...) instead of AutoConnect(...).

The FtpDataConnectionType.AutoActive setting gets overwritten by AutoConnect(...).

The AutoConnect logic gets mixed up because it connects successfully and the the server says in the FEAT answer that it can do PASV, instead it hangs. Again: I recommend Connect(...).

One more possibility: Change the order of the statements:

var ftpConnect = client.AutoConnect(cancellationToken);
await Task.WhenAny(ftpConnect, Task.Delay(2000, cancellationToken));
client.Config.DataConnectionType = FtpDataConnectionType.AutoActive;

This should also work, I think.
