Scrolling via scrollbar does not work in IE about dropkick

Hi, I don't see the fix within the latest download. For anyone else encountering this issue, here's the fix that worked for me:

  $dk.bind('focus.dropkick', function (e) {
    $dk.addClass('dk_focus');
  });

  $(document.body).bind('click.dropkick', function (e) {
     $dk.removeClass('dk_open dk_focus');
  });```
