Also add the offset as a number and not a string, not sure what the behaviour is if the address argument is a string (which is what you get after adding a string to a number in JS I believe)

Your pointer would be located at *(base+0x722A70)+0x240, I believe. To dereference a pointer, you're going to have to read the pointer, then read again where the pointer points to.

I used something like that

    readValue(offsets: number[], type: any): any
    {
        let address = this.process.modBaseAddr;
        for (let i = 0; i < offsets.length - 1; i++)
        {
            address = memoryjs.readMemory(this.process.handle, address + offsets[i], memoryjs.PTR);
        }

        let value = memoryjs.readMemory(this.process.handle, address + offsets[offsets.length - 1], type);
        return value;
    }
