Rikulo UI is aimed to provide an abstraction layer between DOM and UI components. It brings more freedom to component development, though more effort if you'd leverage existing Element-based libraries. If you prefer Element-based libraries, I'd suggest Bootjack. You can refer to this comparison.

Hello Tom,
I am talking to add the ability to hide DOM elements using Shadow DOM like in Polymer. Bootjack doesn't offers that, it only offer an option to add Twiter-Bootstrap classes to the elements, but not hiding the DOM
