依然是maven资源文件的问题，src/main/java里只能放java源码文件，资源文件都得放到resources。
否则编译及打包的时候都会被过滤。
你们用的eclipse不报错，因为它默认开启自动编译，src/main/java里的资源文件也处理了。
但这是eclipse的行为，而不是maven的。

用maven打的war包和jar包都没有发现你说的这个问题啊
