Havent been able to repro this with latest bun v1.1.6 on Server 2022 Datacenter Azure Edition. Perhaps the issue might have fixed upstream in the latest release
from reflex.

I'm still hitting this on Azure Windows 2022. Except instead of popping up the box, it just silently fails and falls back to npm

This is still an issue on a fresh install of Windows 10 22H2
from reflex.

can confirm this error now. Installing the visual C++ Redistributables(direct link: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe) makes the issue go away. Perhaps this should be a documentation issue
from reflex.
