best way to run specs? about refinerycms-blog

You have to run them from a refinerycms installation that has blog
using a path source. Currently engines can't run their own integration
tests

Would it be worth creating a dummy refinerycms app within the gem? That way the gems could be tested independently of an app and also on test.rubygems.org. Something along the lines of : http://nicksda.apotomo.de/2010/10/testing-your-rails-3-engine-sitting-in-a-gem/ Perhaps something I could help with?

I actually want to make a nice refinery dummy engine gem that you can just include in any app that does this :-)

@ivanoats you'll want to checkout the rails-3-1 branch to get the new testing strategy. Once you're on the rails-3-1 branch you can just run rake spec or you can use Guard and run guard start
