If you go to the User tab and Edit your user profile you will see the blog in the plugin section at the bottom, check the box and save your profile, the tab will show up.
When I did this i was watching the user_plugins table and what I found was that the name field that gets input when the migration is run is 'blog_structure', and after the edit/save it was 'refinerycms_blog'. Seems like the error is coming from the seed template, but I don't know enough about generators to know what needs to be changed to have the template get the name right.

Use refinerycms_blog not singular_name which may be blog_structure. Closed by c6a9058
